Ethics and Equal Opportunities Committee

The Ethics and Equal Opportunities Committee ensure that all Terapia Centre activities and services are provided to the highest ethical standards and that Terapia’s Equal Opportunity Policy is appropriately adopted in all aspects of Terapia’s conduct.

Our commitment to equal opportunities is consistent with the broader aims of Terapia, in making a vital contribution reaching beyond the avoidance of unfair discrimination, to the encouragement, whenever possible, of a diversity of the widest cultural experience within our organisation.

The Committee meets on a regular basis throughout the year, even when there are no pending issues or complaints. The role of the Committee is to regularly review the Ethical Guidelines, Complaints procedures and Equal Opportunity Committee.
